This weekend I started my intro to wireless networks class. One of our assignments was to wander around SLCC Redwood Campus and find certain access points by looking for MAC addresses and signal strength. I was thinking to myself the whole time that we all looked like a bunch of geeks running around with our laptops open going from one building to another. Oh well, the class is fun. We built a directional antenna out of a pringles can. Now it's back to work.
